About Us

Our firm was established to provide efficient, expert legal services to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include business and taxation, divorce and custody, mediation, estate planning and business succession planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, guardianships, conservatorships, trust and estate administration, contested estates and trusts, and real estate (including oil and gas). Our lawyers serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations, large and small.

We care about our community. We're proud to give back to the community that has been so good to us. Our lawyers' community service includes serving as officers and directors of the American Red Cross, Lansing Community College Foundation, Capital Region Community Foundation, Capital Area Center for Independent Living, Capital Area Humane Society, Catholic Social Services/St. Vincent Home, Michigan Capital Medical Center Development Council, Scenic Michigan, Gilda's Club, and the American Cancer Society - Michigan Division. We also volunteer our time with Service for Soldiers, which provides free legal services such as estate planning for deploying troops, and with the Austism Alliance, Habitat for Humanity, Lansing Rotary, and many other community activities.
