Welcome Ray Harris!

We are very pleased to announce that Ray Harris has joined Bernick, Radner & Ouellette, P.C. as an associate attorney. Ray's practice focuses primarily on elder law, disability and Medicaid planning, probate litigation, estate planning, and estate and trust administration. Ray came to our office after successfully operating his own firm for several years. While running his own firm, he also served as a hotline volunteer with the Elder Law of Michigan.

Micki Pasteur named "Attorney of the Year"

Michelyn E. Pasteur has been named by The Best Lawyers in America as the Medicaid and Elder Law "Attorney of the Year" for the Greater Lansing area. We, her co-workers, have always thought Micki was top-notch, and its great to see her recognized by this national organization. Congratulations, Micki!

The following lawyers at our firm have been named to Best Lawyers in America for 2012:  Patricia M. Ouellette (Tax Law, Trusts and Estates, Litigation - Trusts and Estates, Litigation - Tax Controversy), Nancy L. Little (Trusts and Estates, Litigiation - Trusts and Estates) and Michelyn E. Several Lawyers Named to Michigan Super Lawyers

Patricia M. Ouellette (Estate Planning and Probate; Family Law), Nancy L. Little (Estate Planning & Probate), and Michelyn E. Pasteur (Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate, Corporate Law) have been named to Michigan Super Lawyers. Additionally, Nancy L. Little has been named by Super Lawyers as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
